Welcome to RealOps! By interacting with the RealOps bot or participating in events hosted by Real Esports India, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using RealOps, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. You also agree to comply with Discord's official Terms of Service and the terms of service of the respective games we host (e.g., Krafton/BGMI).
2. Acceptable Use and Fair Play
RealOps is designed to maintain competitive integrity and manage our esports community. You agree NOT to:
- Exploit the Bot: Spam registration commands, intentionally attempt to crash the bot, or bypass role restrictions.
- Falsify Information: Submit fake in-game IDs, impersonate other players/teams, or attempt to manipulate tournament brackets and match results.
- Violate Policies: Break the advanced tier policies (Tier 2/Tier 3 rulesets) established by server management.
3. Tournament Operations and Enforcement
- Competitive Integrity: Real Esports India reserves the right to disqualify any team or player caught cheating, using unauthorized third-party software, or exhibiting toxic behavior, as enforced through RealOps.
- Account Actions: We reserve the right to revoke roles, clear team data, or permanently ban users from the bot and the community for violating these terms or the specific rules of a tournament series.
4. Service Availability
RealOps is provided on an "as is" basis to support our community.
- Uptime: While we utilize reliable hosting to ensure the bot is online during crucial tournament hours, we do not guarantee 100% uninterrupted service.
- Data Loss: In the event of a database error during registration or bracket generation, management will work to manually resolve the issue, but we are not liable for lost registration slots if the bot experiences a critical failure.
5. Termination of Service
The developers and management of Real Esports India reserve the right to restrict access to RealOps, remove it from specific servers, or modify its features at their sole discretion, with or without notice.
6. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service as our esports operations grow. Significant policy changes will be announced in the official Discord server.
