Welcome to Real Music! By inviting Real Music to your Discord server or interacting with its commands or Request Channels, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Real Music, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. You also agree to comply with Discord's official Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
2. Acceptable Use and Restrictions
Real Music provides high-quality audio, custom profiles, AFK systems, and playlist management. You agree NOT to use Real Music to:
- Violate Discord TOS: Play or stream audio that contains hate speech, sexually explicit content, or malicious material.
- Inappropriate Content: Set user profile biographies, AFK reasons, or public playlist names that contain highly offensive, illegal, or NSFW text.
- Spam & Exploits: Spam messages inside the Music Request Channel to intentionally overload the bot, exploit bugs, or attempt to crash the Lavalink audio nodes.
- Economy Abuse: Automate Top.gg voting using macros, scripts, or alternative accounts to artificially inflate your RC Coin balance.
3. Economy, Playlists, and Premium Features
- RC Coins: "RC Coins" are a virtual currency earned by voting. They hold zero real-world monetary value, cannot be purchased with real money, and cannot be cashed out.
- Server Boosts & Playlists: Spending RC Coins for a "Server Boost" activates premium features for 30 days. Purchasing playlist expansions increases your storage limits. These in-bot transactions are final.
- Account Resets: We reserve the right to wipe RC Coin balances, delete custom playlists, clear profile bios/AFK statuses, or permanently blacklist users/servers if found exploiting the bot or violating these terms.
4. Service Availability
Real Music is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
- Downtime: There may be unexpected downtime or Lavalink node disconnections. Features like Autoresume attempt to recover your music session but cannot guarantee a perfect transition.
- Data Loss: While we safely store your playlists, AFK statuses, and balances, we are not liable for any accidental loss of data due to database maintenance or server migrations.
5. Termination of Service
The developers of Real Music reserve the right to restrict the bot from any server or shut down the service entirely at their sole discretion, with or without notice, for any violation of these terms.
