- Guild (Server) Data: Discord Server IDs, role configurations, channel setups for tournament brackets, and advanced policy configurations.
- Usage & Activity Data: Tournament registration logs, match result submissions, and basic command execution logs to ensure the bot functions correctly during high-traffic events.

We strictly use your data to facilitate esports operations and community management. We do not sell your data. Your data is used to:
- Process tournament and scrim registrations securely.
- Track team standings, match results, and tier promotions/demotions.
